Samsung Galaxy - S 3 Neo und Galaxy Tab 4

Willkommen bei Samsung

Eigentlich wollte ich zwei seperate Artikel bringen, doch ich denke, daß einer genügt. Lange habe ich mich gegen die zwei großen der Smartphone / Tabletszene gewehrt, doch nun hat mich der Marktführer namens Samsung erwischt.

 

Seit einiger Zeit wußte ich, daß mir meine Frau ein Galaxy S3 Neo zum Geburtstag schenkt und ich habe mich ebenfalls nach einem 7 Zoll Tablet umgesehen, da mir meines langsam zu sperrig wurde. Leider waren mir viele Hersteller nicht geläufig und auch Point of View bot nicht daß, was ich suchte. Ergo, kam auch hier ein Galaxy Tab zu mir. 

 

Das Neo ist ja vom Prinzip her ein aufgebohrtes S 3. Mehr Speicher (1,5 Gb), Quadcoreprozessor mit 1,4 Ghz und 16 GB internen Speicher. Der Akku ist nicht stärker geworden, aber man kommt über den Tag. Da ich weniger im Internet bin, schaffe ich es auf zwei bis drei Tage. Mehr möchte ich nicht zur Hardware sagen, denn eigentlich geht es nur um meine Eindrücke.

Nach der ersten Inbetriebnahme war ich ein wenig verwirrt. Okay, Android ist Android, aber nicht ganz. Die Bedienung ist im Gegensatz zu meinem alten Huawei Ascend P1 ein wenig anders. Naja, ist halt Android 4.4.2 Kitkat plus Touch Wiz drauf. Die Rück- und Menübuttons sind unten als „Taste“ versteckt und werden standartmäßig nicht beleuchtet. Da ich keine Anleitung mir zu Gemüte führte und auch nicht genau neben dem Homebutton schaute, habe ich dies nicht sofort bemerkt.

Sonst läuft alle echt gut. Der Bildschirm reagiert gigantisch gut und alle wichtigen Apps sind bereits installiert. PDF Reader, kleines Offices, Uhr, Kalender usw. Negativ fällt mir die Tastatur auf. Die Reaktionzeit beim Tippen ist hier ebenfalls absolut tadellos, jedoch gefällt mir die Autokorrektur nicht, die hier noch utopischer ist, als bei meinen bisher genutzten Androiden. Positiv jedoch: Es werden Worte, Abkürzungen und andere Eingaben die man macht sofort gespeichert und sind bei erneuter Eingabe automatisch wieder abrufbar.

Mit der Kamera des Smartphones habe ich Glück gehabt. Bei Innenaufnahmen ist sie besser als beim Huawei. Sonst gibt es jedoch keine größeren Unterschiede. Außenaufnahmen macht das Samsung sehr gute, aber es ist nicht viel besser als das Huawei. 

 

Ha, das Beste habe ich nicht erwähnt. Bisher haben meine Androiden merkwürdiger Weise sich geweigert den SD Kartenspeicher ohne Zwang zu nutzen. Bei Samsung wird dies ohne Voreinstellung und automatisch gemanagt. Cool. 

 

Das Galaxy Tab 4 hat fast dieselben Grundmodifikationen. Hat halt nur LTE. Es ist verdammt klein für einen 7 Zoller. Sowas bin ich nicht gewöhnt. Ultra leicht (bitte nicht wörtlich nehmen) und nur 276 Gramm schwer. Das Tab startet ungewohnt schnell. Bei meinem Point of View hat der Start bedeutend länger gedauert und es zickte auch, wenn man die Batterie lud. Hier ist alles bestens. 

 

Zu den Apps und Funktionen brauch ich nichts sagen. Das Galaxy Tab wirkt halt wie ein vergrößertes Samsung Smartphone. Ideal zum Lesen, da es schön leicht und klein ist, super zum Surfen dank der simplen Bedienung. Ich hab nichts zu meckern. Okay, die Autokorrektur ist hier auch dieselbe wie beim Neo, aber es paßt. Der Akku hält bei vollem Betrieb seine 8 Stunden durch. Die Grafik ist nicht schlecht. Raptide GP sieht hier bedeutend besser aus.

Natürlich sind die Preise von Samsung recht heftig. Das S3 Neo bedient das Mittelklasse Segment und startet sogar bei günstigen 208,- Euro während das Galaxy Tab 4 ab 264,- Euro in der 8 Gb Version mit LTE zu haben ist. Ein 10 Zoller von Samsung war mir bei meiner Suche da echt zu teuer und ich bereue den Kauf des kleinen Bruders nicht. Denn wie gesagt: Die Qualität hat mich doch echt überzeugt. Mein Tab ist mir sogar schon runter gefallen. Knallte aus einem halbe Meter auf Fließen. Nix passiert. Cool.

Welcome to Samsung

Actually, I wanted to bring two separate articles, but I think that one is enough. I have long defended myself against the two major players in the smartphone / tablet scene, but now the market leader called me Samsung has caught.

For some time I knew that my wife gives a Galaxy S3 Neo Birthday and I have also been looking for a 7 inch Tablet because of my slow was too bulky to me. Unfortunately, many manufacturers were not familiar to me and also Point of View offered not that what I was looking for. And now here too a Galaxy Tab came to me.

The Neo's basically a pre-drilled S 3 More memory (1.5 Gb), quad-core processor with 1.4 GHz and 16 GB of internal memory. The battery has not become stronger, but to get over the day. Since I'm on the Internet less, I get two to three days. More I will not say to the hardware, because really it's all about my impressions.

After the first time I was a little confused. Okay, Android is Android, but not quite. The service is unlike my old Huawei Ascend P1 is a little different. Well, it's just Android 4.4.2 Kitkat plus Touch Wiz on it. The back and menu buttons are hidden below a "button" and are by default not illuminated. Otherwise all is running great. The gigantic screen responds well and all the important apps are already installed. PDF Reader, small offices, clock, calendar etc. Negative falls on my keyboard. The typing response time is here also absolutely perfectly, but I do not like the auto-correction, which is still utopian here, as in my previously used androids. Positive, however: There are words, abbreviations and other submissions that you make immediately saved and are automatically re-entering again available

. With the camera of the smartphone I've been lucky. When shooting indoors it is better than the Huawei. Otherwise there are no major differences. Outdoor scenes makes the Samsung very good, but it's not much better than the Huawei. I have not mentioned Ha, the best. So far my android strangely enough have refused to use the SD card memory without coercion. At Samsung, this is managed without default and automatically. Cool.

The Galaxy Tab 4 has almost the same basic modifications. Just has LTE. It's damn small for a 7 incher. Something I'm not used to. Ultra lightweight (please do not take this literally) and only 276 grams. The tab starts unusually quickly. In my point of view the start took much longer and it also bitchy, if you loaded the battery. Here everything is fine.

The apps and features I need not say anything. The Galaxy Tab looks just like an enlarged Samsung smartphone. Ideal for reading, because it is nice and light and small, great for surfing thanks to the simple operation. I have nothing to complain about. Okay, autocorrection is also the same as the Neo, but it fits. The battery lasts at full operating through its 8 hours. The graphics are not bad. Raptide GP here looks much better.

Of course, the prices of Samsung are quite violent. The S3 Neo serves the middle class segment and starts even at low 208, - euro during the Galaxy Tab 4 from 264, - € in the 8 Gb version with LTE is to have. A 10 incher from Samsung was me in my search there really too expensive and I do not regret buying the little brother. As I said: The quality has yet convinced me really. My Tab is me even already fallen down. Popped from a half meter to flow. Nothing happened. Cool.
