Tactical Operations - Zurückgesendet!

 

So, heute wollte ich eigentlich nichts bloggen, aber ich mach es trotzdem. Meine angesprochenen Mängel des Tactical Operations kennt ihr ja. Ich bin bei Büchern zum Leidwesen meiner Frau etwas pingelig. Nun wollte ich das Tactical Operations über Fantasywelt.de einfach nur umtauschen. Vorher schrieb ich bereits Ulisses an, ob sie mal schauen könnten, ob auch andere Exemplare des Tactical Operations betroffen sind. Dies ist leider der Fall. Aussage Ulisses.

Okay, ich Fantasywelt angefragt, ob die vielleicht die Möglichkeit haben, daß Ulisses erlaubt mir einen Rabatt zu geben, da ich eigentlich das Werk behalten würde. Fantasywelt erhielt folgende Antwort: "Aufgrund der Buchpreisbindung ist dies nicht möglich. Es kann kein Rabatt gegeben werden oder dies ohne Stempel als Mängelexemplar verkauft werden." Okay, soweit so gut. Dann schicke ich das Buch halt zurück.

Ulisses gab mir folgendes noch kund, ich zitiere: 

"Guten Tag Herr ......,

da eine Neuauflage nicht geplant ist, ist ein Ersatz aktuell leider nicht möglich, für alles Weitere wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler.

Soll ich nun lachen oder heulen? Wer mit den im vorangegangen Blogpost angesprochenen Mängeln leben kann, der kann das Tactical Operations gern behalten. Ich mach das nicht.

Tja, dann nutze ich halt weiter mein PDF. Denn seien wir mal alle ehrlich: Für 49,99 Euro erwarte ich schon ein erstklassiges Exemplar ohne Mängel!
