Heute Nacht erhielt ich eine tolle Mail. Ein Online Shop erstattet mir freiwillig die Versandkosten. Man, da war ich echt baff. Ich hatte mir noch die letzten Zinnminis bestellt, bevor ich sagte Schluß fürs Erste. Dann fiel mir ein, daß ich noch paar Hexbases bräuchte. Leider mußte ich die extra bestellen (auf Grund meiner Vergesslichkeit) und hatte noch einmal Versandkosten drauf. Doch siehe da, der Shop meldete sich, sagte mir, daß ja noch eine Sendung offen ist und die Bases dort mit rein kommen. Schwups kamen die Versandkosten zurück.

Das find ich cool. Ist mir bisher auch noch nie passiert, daß das jemand freiwillig macht und ohne, daß man den Passus liest: Bei mehreren Bestellungen reduzieren sich die Verandkosten (meist bei ebay). Kleiner Nebeneffekt für die Ökoliga: Einmal Verpackung gespart.

Tonight I received a great email. An online store voluntarily refunded me the shipping. Man, I was really stunned. I had not ordered the last Zinnminis before I said circuit for now. Then I remembered that I still needed some Hexbases. Unfortunately, I had to order extra (due to my forgetfulness) and had once shipping it. But lo and behold, the shop came forward, told me that a program is still open and the bases come there with pure. Whoosh came back the shipping costs.

I think that's cool. To me before and never happened that someone does voluntarily and without that you read the passage: For multiple orders, the Verandkosten reduce (mostly on ebay). The side effect for Ökoliga: saved disposable package.
