Sicher im Internet Surfen für Kinder

Tja, jetzt bewegt mich auch dieses Thema, denn mein Junior will nun auch hin und wieder ins Internet. Folglich stellt sich auch mir die Frage: Wie und wo surft mein Kind sicher im Netz. Da ist erst einmal fraginn.de für die Phillip Lahm Werbung macht. Eine interesante Seite für Kinder. Dort ist alles recht gut auf Kinder zugeschnitten. Topp.

Aber reicht das? Nein. Kinder wollen mehr. Da kommen ab einem gewissen Alter Action Spiele bei Lego hinzu. Aktuell die Herofactory. Um dort zu spielen muß man sich anmelden und die Eltern müssen den Elternlink bestätigen. Diese Sicherheitsstufe klingt gut, ist es aber nicht. Ich denke, daß die Kids ab spätestens 10 Jahre mit einem Trick den Elternlink selber aktivieren (eigene Mail erstellen und sich als Eltern ausgeben, das kann jeder). Ergo ist diese Sicherheitsabfrage nicht gut gelöst.

Toysurs wirbt mit einem Tablet, extra für Kinder. Ich glaube, das bringt auch nicht viel, denn wenn irgendwie der richtige Store wieder drauf ist, forschen die Kids nach coolen Programmen. Auch der Preis ist nicht gerade toll. Die Konkurrenz verkauft normale Tablets ab 99 Euro. Ich habe da zum Beispiel die Kinderspiele auf einer Seite installiert (Starbildschirm) und mit denen kann mein Sohn dann sich betätigen. Alles natürlich in einem Zeitrahmen und mit einem Auge auf sein tuen.

Auch der eigene Zugang am PC birgt Risiken, denn man ist nicht ständig im selben Raum. Einziger Vorteil: Sie dürften nicht alles installieren und deinstallieren. 

Wie bekomme ich es nun hin, daß alles safe ist? Die richtige Antwort lautet: Gar nicht! Also was tuen? Wenn man nun mit den Interessen des Kindes für diverse Internetseiten konfrontiert wird, sollte man behutsam vorgehen. Ich schaue mir die Seite vorher an (oft bei Toggo, KIKA oder Lego). Da weiß ich erst einmal die Altersempfehlung. Nun check ich den Inhalt und um was es geht. Ist alles okay, dann mache ich das mit meinem Sohn gemeinsam. Wir schauen uns erst einmal alles an und wenn er dort etwas machen möchte geschieht das noch mit Aufsicht (altersentsprechend, denn einen 14jährigen würde ich nicht permanent beaufsichtigen). Vieles geht allein, bei manchen Sachen benötigt er Hilfe. Kleiner (Tipp um Onlinegames zu vermeiden: Einen Nettop PC mit Intelgrafik nutzen. Das ruckelt öfter und macht wenig Spaß. Böser Papa.)

Wenn dann das Kind älter ist als 6-7 Jahre, wird es ja mehr allein schauen wollen. Also nur mal hin und wieder schauen, wo es denn gerade drin ist. Das ist wichtig, denn Einstellungen an der Firewall und diversen Webblockern können von außen Stehenden getunnelt werden. Außerdem, wie schon erwähnt, nur im eigenen Profil am PC arbeiten lassen. Keine Administratorenrechte nutzen. Meldet euer Profil vorher ab, sonst nutzt der Tipp nichts.

Ganz wichtig ist das Vereinbaren einer Nutzungsdauer. Die Aussagen sind echt unterschiedlich. Ich denke, es reichen 30 Minuten. Später wird es eh automatisch länger, jedoch sollte man höchstens 1 Stunde geben. Wichtig ist auch, wenn Hausaufgaben online gemacht werden, daß es erst einmal eine Pause gibt, bevor der Nachwuchs nun seinen eigenen Interessen nach geht. Ändert euer Paßwort öfters, denn Kinder lernen verdammt schnell.

Fazit: Einen guten und richtigen Schutz gibt es nicht. Man kann nur einwirken, mitschauen und so weit es geht für Sicherheit sorgen. Dabei ist das richtige Händchen wichtig. Bitte nicht unbedingt das Internet forcieren. Es hat alles viel Zeit. Achja, auch Maxdome und Co lassen sich leicht sichern. Durch verifying you wird das Alter festgelegt. Man definiert nur, ab welchen Alter ein Paßwort eingegeben werden muß.
