Wie ihr ja alle wißt, bin ich begeisterter Battletech Fan. Ich habe hier alle Romane, egal ob von der Urreihe, Dark Age oder Classic Battletech von Fan Pro und nun Ulisses. PC Spiele hatte ich von Haus aus geliebt und nun ist ein weiterer Baustein im Battletech Universum hinzu gekommen. Das Tabletop und sein ganzes Drumherum.
Am 4. Dezember 2012 erhielt ich meine Box. Nach einigen Versuchen und Problemen holte ich mir online bei einem kleinen Livespiel eine etwas genauere Regelkunde. Ich war da schon echt am Verzweifeln. Leider stellte sich heraus, daß hier keine Spieler in der Nähe waren. Folglich blieb das Spiel auf der Strecke und ich widmete mich mehr den Minis.
Schnell war klar, daß ich diese gestalten mußte. Die Figuren fand ich grau und ich legte schnell los um die mal etwas zu tunen. Natürlich waren meine ersten Versuche grauenhaft. Einen Monat dauerte es, bis ich mal spannte, wie es geht dünne Farbschichten hin zu bekommen. Mittlerweile sind meine Minis besser, aber nicht perfekt. Schon nach kurzer Zeit überließ ich die Plaste Minis meinen Sohn und ich nahm ausschließlich Zinn Minis. Im Verlaufe der Zeit sind über 100 zusammen gekommen. Dies ging nur durch gute Ebay Gebote, günstigen Onlinekauf und den Verzicht auf Unseen Mechs. Deshalb nenne ich nur 5 mein Eigen. Ein Archer, Battlemaster, Crusader, Catapult und Warhammer sowie Marauder (der ist aber leider beim Entlacken) sind bis Dato die einzigen in meinem Besitz.
Hauptaugenmerk wurde am Anfang mein provisorischer Novakatzen Gefechtssternhaufen, der noch nicht ganz komplett ist. Einige IS Mechs fanden hierher und natürlich reine Fan Sachen. Die Sagitaire werde ich wohl kaum einsetzen können, aber ich find die total geil. Dadurch, daß ich innerhalb unserer Battletech Gruppe (weiss-blaue-strategen) nur 3025er Gefechte bestreite, wuchs der IS Pool stetig an.

Die ersten Maps wurden gestaltet und meine ersteigerten wieder verkauft (da hab ich sogar noch Gewinn gemacht). Dazu habe ich keinen Blogbeitrag gemacht, sondern nur einen Beitrag in der www.weiss-blaue-strategen.de Gruppe (unter Battletech). Dieser Gruppe bin ich durch Zufall beigetreten. Daniel gab mir einen Tipp und im April stieg ich ein. Natürlich mit meinem zweitliebsten Clan Novakatze als Nick. Dort lernte ich coole Typen und eine spannende und für mich noch schwierige Kampagne kennen. Bin ja "Green" bei nur 12 zählbaren Spielen. Die gegen mich selber oder meinen Sohn zähle ich nicht mit.

Meine "Shadow Warriors" sind bereits einmal vernichtet worden und ich mußte neu aufbauen. Nebenbei kam im August "Alpha Strike" hinzu, was mich sehr begeistert, auch wenn ich viele Regeln falsch auslege. Garantiert. Bin da echt auf die deutsche Ausgabe gespannt. Plötzlich konnte ich verdammt viele Mechs über die Platte jagen ohne gleich Ewigkkeiten zu spielen. Das war ja immer mein Manko in den Spielen mit meinem Sohn. Wenig Zeit zum Spielen.
Aus Alpha Strike entstand nun mein aktuelles Projekt. Eine hexfreie Map oder Platte zu gestalten.Für mich als nicht so akkurrater und geduldiger Modellbauer ist das eine echte Herausforderung. Deshalb habe ich mich auf einfache Objekte beschränkt und mir den Rest dazu gekauft. Hauptaugenmerk bei dem Projekt ist die Verstaubarkeit (hab ja nicht viel Platz) und günstiger Eigenbau. (http://ullrickerensky.blogspot.de/2013/10/project-tabletop-module.html) Das Projekt hat mich bisher gute 100 Euro gekostet. Hierbei sind die dazu gekauften Sachen schon mit einberechnet. Hätte ich alles neu und fertig gekauft, käme ich locker auf mindestens 230 Euro. Keine Ahnung wie teuer Gebäude wären, aber da könnte der Preis noch weiter nach oben gehen.

Für das kommende Jahr erhoffe ich mir Alpha Strike auf deutsch. Das wäre eine echte Hausnummer für mich. Ebenso liebäugel ich mit ein paar Unseen Mechs und ich würde gern mein erstes Gefecht gewinnen. Ist ja nicht so leicht. Hier sieht es so aus, als ob ich viel Zeit habe und diese auch investiere, aber das ist leider nicht so. Deshalb halte ich vieles einfach und manches gelingt halt nicht sehr gut.
Das absolut Beste ist, daß ich tolle Leute kennen lernen durfte. Viele nur per Facebook, aber doch auch ein paar persönlich. Natürlich bin ich kein einfach gestrickter Typ, aber deshalb freut es mich umso mehr, daß ihr mich noch ertragt. Unzählige Tipps und Trick zum Gestalten und Spielen habe ich erhalten, ausprobiert, verworfen und umsetzen können. Das finde ich echt cool. Okay, meine Fanfiction http://theadventuresoftheatlantarangers.blogspot.de/ ist irgendwie auf der Strecke geblieben. Aber ganz vergessen habe ich sie nicht. Vielleicht schreib ich sie noch einmal um. Aber fortsetzen möchte ich sie noch.
Aktuell spielen wir hier zu Hause verstärkt mit Panzern. Meistens legen wir da die Alpha Strike Regeln zu Grunde. Die Platte gestaltet mein Sohn, was den Objekt Aufbau betrifft und ich laß mich da immer über raschen. Bisher hat er interessante Varianten geschaffen und fast immer gewonnen. Okay, ich geb ihm immer PV Punkte Vorsprung. Das sollte ich langsam mal lassen.

The main focus was at the beginning of my provisional Nova Cats battle star clusters, which is not quite complete. Some IS mechs found here and of course pure fan stuff. The fact that I deny only 3025er battles within our Battletech group (white- blue - strategists ) , the IS pool grew.
Eventually we went but more with games going on, because Junior wanted to do with . SSW and Heavy Metal Map pitched , the Total Warfare , Hardware Manual 3050 and so many English publication was added. Since my English is not perfect, I was looking for and after the old German -speaking hardware manuals. Meanwhile, everyone including the 3057er Battlespace . If the Matthias reads , he rubs his hands and is determined are to attract to BS me again.
The first maps were designed and sold my auctioned again (since I've even made profit ) . In addition I have not made a blog post , only one post in the www.weiss - blue - strategen.de group ( under Battletech ) . This group I joined by accident. From Alpha Strike my current project now emerged . A hexfreie map or plate to gestalten.Für me as not so akkurrater and patient modeler that is a real challenge. Therefore, I have limited myself to simple objects and bought the rest of it. Main focus of the project is the trunk of many (not 'm so much space ) and cheaper homemade . ( http://ullrickerensky.blogspot.de/2013/10/project-tabletop-module.html ) The project has cost me so far good 100 euros . Here, the things to buy are already included in the calculation . Had I bought everything new and done, I would loose at least 230 euros . No idea how expensive building would be , but since the price could go even further upwards.
For the coming year I hope to Alpha Strike on German . That would be a real number for me. In next time, i`ll buy Unseen Mechs and I would like to win my first fight. It's not so easy. Here it looks as if I have a lot of time and this also invest , but unfortunately that is not so. So I think much easy and some just do not succeed very well.
The absolute best thing is that I was able to meet great people. Many only via Facebook, but also a few in person. Of course, I 'm not just knit type , but that is why I am pleased all the more that you bear with me still . Countless tips and trick for designing and playing I have received , tested , discarded and can implement. I think that's really cool. We currently play at home reinforced with tanks . In most cases , we place as the Alpha Strike rules based. The plate designed my son, what concerns the object structure and I let as always , amazing . So far he has created interesting variants and almost always won. Okay , I'll give him more PV -point lead . I should be slow times .
As I said, it was an interesting and exciting year at the tabletop . Or to the plate ? I hope it continues to make so much fun. Now it's getting quiet . The figures are all there, tanks and infantry and the cool killer. Thank you all .
