Battletech Shops

Hier schnell noch ein Nachtrag zu einen coolen Online Shop. www.fanen.com ist ein kleiner, aber feiner Shop für uns Battletech Fans. Aber man findet natürlich auch andere Sachen. Gut, mitunter sind die Preise etwas höher, als bei der Konkurrenz, aber man findet doch das ein oder andere Schnäppchen.

Warum schreibe ich über den Shop? Genau, toller Service und ein voll lockerer Buchhalter namens Holger immer für einen coolen Spruch zu haben. Zuerst nahm ich telefinisch Kontakt auf, da ich eine Frage hatte. Der Typ namens Holger war voll locker drauf und irgendwie hatte man das Gefühl, daß man nicht mit einem steifen Verkäufer sprach, sondern einfach mit einen Kumpel. Super.

Da ich nur eine kleine Bestellung hatte, bestätigte er mir sie auch echt ironisch. Normaler Weise hat er nur Bestellungen von über 100 Euro (bei Battletech). Ich dachte schon, als er mir schrieb: Danke für deine Megabestellung.... , daß die so wenig Umsatz machen. lol. Wie gesagt, es war nur ein Joke, der sich bei einem nochmaligen Telefonat auch echt lustig auswirkte. So was nenn ich einen Kundenservice mit höchster Qualität. Man fühlte sich halt voll aufgehoben als BT Fan. Tolle Leistung.

Meine Bestellung verlief prima und auch mit meiner Ungeduld kam Holger zurecht und ließ keinen blöden Spruch oder so los. Absolut überraschend war das Gimmick in dem Päckchen! Endlich mal eine Sendung ohne Gummibären! Da waren Würfel von Mech Warrior drin und noch paar Teile, deren Sinn ich verstehen muß. Gehören aber zusammen. Dafür gibt es eine 10,0!

So, daß war Schleichwerbung Nummer 2 undich stehe dazu. Wie gesagt, ich war echt zufrieden.

Why am I writing about the shop? Exactly, great service and a fully relaxed accountant named Holger always have a cool spell. First I took telefinisch to contact because I had a question. The guy named Holger was fully relaxed and somehow had the feeling that they did not speak with a stiff seller, but simply with a buddy. Super.



Since I only had a small order, he told me they also really ironic. Normal way he has. Only orders over 100 euros (with Battletech) I thought when he wrote to me: Thanks for your mega order .... Make that so little revenue. lol. As I said, it was just a joke, which is impacted in a repeated call even funny. So what I call customer service with the highest quality. They felt just as fully repealed BT fan Great job.

My order went very well with my impatience got along Holger and do not let go of saying stupid or something. Complete surprise, the gimmick was in the package! Finally a mission without gummy bears! Since dice were of Mech Warrior in there and still some parts that I need to understand their meaning. Belong together. There is a 10.0!

So that surreptitious number 2 was leaking stand by it. As I said, I was really happy.
